RespoReply may process account information, business profile settings, customer review text, generated responses, subscription status, usage events, and integration metadata needed to provide the service.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, generate and store review responses, operate billing, provide integrations, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve the service.

Third-party services

RespoReply may rely on service providers such as Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, Google, and hosting providers. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply.

Data deletion

Users can request account deletion from Settings. Deletion removes the RespoReply account and associated application data, subject to any records that must be retained for legal, security, or financial reasons.
