Service

RespoReply provides tools that help users draft, organize, and manage responses to customer reviews. Users remain responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it.

Acceptable use

You may only use RespoReply for businesses and review data you own or are authorized to manage. You may not use the service to impersonate others, manipulate reviews, publish deceptive content, or violate platform rules or applicable law.

AI-generated content

Generated responses may contain errors or unsuitable wording. Users must review content before publication and remain responsible for the final response.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew according to the terms shown at checkout unless canceled. Billing management is provided through Stripe.

Launch note

This is a starter policy for the application build. Before commercial launch, replace placeholders and obtain legal review appropriate to your business and jurisdiction.
